Lisa and Ryan

What can i say other that what a good start to our busy wedding season this is. We are slowly tweaking down and adjusting the format of our new blog with much bigger images and we are shooting at our favorite venues along with the top wedding planners in Las Vegas. Life is good, and the wedding season is especially good when you kick it off with a couple like Lisa and Ryan that are obviously easy on our lenses. With Lisa and Ryan’s wedding i got to take a backseat (figuratively, the Jaguar pictured doesn’t have much of one which is no problem whatsoever)…

Danielle was the lead photographer and I only assisted and shot lightly as a 2nd to her talent. And since Danielle was the lead i got a rare chance to observe the wedding process – much different compared to what i’m used to… i’m usually waiting for a shot or hurrying from one thing to another. I got to watch Dennis Silknitter, the planner, orchestrate the event while all the other vendors begin to play together all while i was free to slide here and there and help where needed but most of all, play without pressure. Lisa and Ryan, congratulations and thank you for kicking off our wedding season in high gear! – jmc
