2011 and 2012 have proved to be a shift in conventional planning. Where we use to book out at a minimum of 8 to 12 months, 2011 threw me for a spin when I started receiving calls 30 days out from an event… last minute in our world. But 2012 – June, in particular, has taken the cake. I once thought that we would use June to catch up on some of our Spring production until it completely filled up with non-stop shoots…. Now don’t get me wrong – this is not a complaint; Julian and Kim proved to be a pleasant surprise when I spoke with them nearly 24 hours prior to photographing them. We just so happened to have a Friday evening available and they were heading back to their home the following day. The planets aligned and everything went perfectly smooth. Although we were following a specific concept that has once been executed we decided to show off a few of our favorites from outside of that concept. Thank you to Tuxedo Junction for putting this specific tux together at the last moment and a big hug to the gals over at Bella Bridesmaid for not only sending this magical couple to us but for also providing the dress for the shoot. Congratulations to Julian and Kim on your new engagement! We hope to see you when you return in the Spring!
