Fun and easy, that’s probably the best way to describe the themed mini-sessions that we have done the last couple of months. It gives me the outlet to play, experiment and push my craft. It also allows us to see old friends, meet new ones and discover things through conversation that we never knew before. What better format for a portrait session then a little drink, a little conversation, and some cool photography. These sessions were all about color and conflicting shadows. I have always been fascinated by shadow work, but combining it with color is pretty foreign to my style which is a perfect push to pull us out of our comfort zone and produce something a little different then what we have done in the past.
