When Walter van Dusen asked me to speak at the next Mystic workshop in Mystic, CT, I was thrilled and excited. Then Walter asked me if I would mind doing a portrait session with him and his daughter, Hannah. Knowing all too well how quickly daughters grow up, I felt more then honored to say yes.

Walter had this super sweet d700 which he had converted to shoot infra red.  Of course I had to have a go with it.

  • Thank you very much for such great images and taking the time to do the session before your workshop. Can’t wait to see more 🙂

  • John, this rocks! Walter was talking to me about how excited he was that you were creating a portrait of him and his daughter while he was out west. What a treasure!
