Most people know how much we love to travel and if you don’t, you quickly find out within moments of chatting with us. When Emily and Nick asked us about a year ago if we would want to travel to Minnesota our answer was a definite yes! Minneapolis is a thriving city and quite beautiful at the peak of fall. Lake Calhoun, to be exact, is where the wedding took place and it’s just as enchanting.
Nick proved to be debonair in his role as the groom and Emily, she just made you stop in your tracks – simply stunning.
The ceremony and reception took place at the Calhoun Beach Club and below – the wedding party looking quite amazing! We also enjoyed the company of local friend and fellow photographer, Chris Meyer for part of the day.
The details were thriving – there wasn’t a pillow unturned and the entire building bellowed the scent of lavender, my personal favorite!
